Athletic Minor Waiver and Release of Liability: We, I the undersigned, acknowledge and fully understand that each participant will be engaging in activities that involve risk of injury. We, I specifically waive, give up and release the Star Shooter Company or their respective administrators, coaches, sponsoring agencies, or owners and leasers of premises used to conduct the event, from any liability for any injury that may occur en route, during, or upon departure from the event. Photo Release: Should pictures and/or video be taken during camp, we, I give permission for said photos/video - including voice - to be used in publication(s) promoting Star Shooter. We, I also understand there will be no compensation for use of said photos/video & voice.
