Skills To SCORE Camp - Held in Minneapolis, MN Area
Camp Emphasis: Learn proper shooting technique and the skills needed to score in game conditions.
Skills You Will Learn:
- Learn proper form for the one-hand shot... the most accurate way to shoot
- How to self-correct your shot - know instantly the Reason and Remedy for each miss
- How to shoot free throws at 90% and better
- Skills to score in game conditions: post moves, shooting on the move from a pass and off the dribble
- Moving without the ball to get open: shot preparation, using screens.
- Practice routines for mastering and maintaining your skills
